In response I will recieve a confirmation email that my appointment has been either accepted or declined with further details on how to book my appointment. Cancellation Policy: In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of my clients I require 48 hours notice to cancel, make changes, or reschedule. For last minute cancellations, appointment changes or no show's there will be a 50% rebooking fee of your missed services due before another appointment can be scheduled. First time clients who no show will be banned from making any future appointments.
